02What we collect when you join the waitlist

Your first name and last initial.
Your research role.
Your email address.
Your phone number, only if you also choose the optional text message.
Your confirmation that you are at least 21 and joining in a research capacity.
Your contact choices — the opening email, optional updates, and the optional text — and the exact wording you agreed to.
When you submitted the form and which Panthia page you used.

Please don’t include health information or other sensitive details in any message to us.

03Information collected automatically

Panthia’s pages do not use analytics or advertising cookies, and the site’s own code does not set cookies. Like any website, our hosting providers process technical information — such as your IP address, browser type and the time of a request — to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

04Services the site connects to

Research searches. When you use the research library, your browser sends your search to Europe PMC (operated by EMBL-EBI) to retrieve publication records. Europe PMC receives your search terms and your IP address.
Outside links. Links to PubMed, PubChem, publishers and other sources take you to sites with their own privacy policies.
Fonts. Page fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address.
Hosting and storage. This website is hosted by Vercel. The waitlist service and its database are hosted on Cloudflare.

05How we use your information

To send the opening email you requested.
To send ongoing research and product updates, only if you chose them.
To send one text when the shop opens, only if you chose it and gave a phone number.
To review shop access when ordering opens.
To keep the waitlist secure and prevent misuse, and to meet legal obligations.

07Text messages

If you choose the text option, we will send one text to the number you provided when the shop opens. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of joining the waitlist.

08How long we keep it

Pending review

A retention period for waitlist records has not been set. It will be stated here before the waitlist opens publicly. You can ask us to delete your record at any time.

09Your choices

You can ask to see the information we stored about you, correct it, change your contact choices, or delete your record. Contact us at Pending reviewContact email to be added from the email address you used to join, or see the Contact page. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

10Age requirement

The waitlist is only for people 21 and older. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe someone under 21 has joined, contact us and we will delete the record.

11Security

Waitlist records are stored in a hosted database, and we limit access to people who need it to operate Panthia. No method of storing or sending information is completely secure.

12Changes to this notice

When this notice changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
